من داخل التطبيق
- افتح تطبيق Delta Agriculture وادخل إلى حسابك.
- اذهب إلى الحساب ← الإعدادات ← «احذف حسابي».
- اكتب كلمة المرور للتأكيد واضغط «اطلب حذف حسابي».
تخرج من التطبيق فوراً على كل الهواتف، ويصل طلبك إلى المتجر، ويُحذف حسابك خلال 30 يوماً.
بدون التطبيق
أرسل من الرقم المسجّل في حسابك رسالة واتساب إلى +968 7100 5605، أو بريداً إلى [email protected]، واكتب: «احذف حسابي» واسم نشاطك التجاري. نؤكد لك ونحذف الحساب خلال 30 يوماً.
ما الذي يُحذف
- حساب التطبيق: رقمك واسمك وكلمة المرور وربط الهاتف.
- رموز الإشعارات، وقائمة «أخبرني عند التوفر»، وكلمات البحث المحفوظة باسمك.
- صفحة البيع التي نشرتها لزبائنك، إن وُجدت.
ما الذي يبقى، ولماذا
الطلبات والفواتير والدفعات وما يتصل بها (كالمرتجعات والشكاوى) تبقى في سجلاتنا المحاسبية المدة التي يفرضها القانون العُماني، ولا تُستعمل لأي غرض آخر.
غيّرت رأيك قبل الحذف؟ تواصل معنا على الرقم نفسه ونعيد فتح حسابك.
In the app
- Open the Delta Agriculture app and sign in.
- Go to Account › Settings › Delete my account.
- Type your password to confirm and tap "Ask to delete my account".
You are signed out at once on every phone, your request reaches the store, and your account is deleted within 30 days.
Without the app
From the number registered on your account, send a WhatsApp message to +968 7100 5605 or an email to [email protected] saying "Delete my account" and your business name. We confirm and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- The app account: your number, name, password and phone link.
- Notification tokens, your "tell me when it's back" list, and searches saved under your name.
- The sales page you published for your customers, if any.
What is kept, and why
Orders, invoices, payments and what belongs to them (such as returns and complaints) stay in our accounting records for as long as Omani law requires, and are used for nothing else.
Changed your mind before it is deleted? Contact us on the same number and we open your account again.
