Who we are

The Delta Agriculture app is a shop for irrigation and farming supplies run by ABNA ALRWADH TRADE PROJECTS, Sultanate of Oman, with shops in Barka and Ibri. For anything about your data: [email protected] or WhatsApp +968 7100 5605.

What we collect

Your account

• Your Omani mobile number (your sign-in name), your business name and your region.
• Your password: never the password itself, only an encrypted hash of it.
• Your email, only if you activate an account from an invitation by the store.
• An identifier the app makes for your phone, so your account stays on one phone and is hard to take over.

Your orders and your account with us

• The items, quantities, delivery region and payment method of each order.
• Your invoices, balance and payments, read from our accounting system (Odoo) so you can see them in the app.

What you choose to send

• Photos: a bank transfer receipt, a competitor's price, a return, a complaint, or an item you ask for.
• The text of complaints, ratings and requests.
• Your farm's location or a map link when you book a technical visit, only when you tap to share it.
• The name and number of a farmer you vouch for, if you use the guarantor service.
• Your shop name and number on the sales page you publish to your own customers (seen by whoever you share the link with).

Technical

• A notification token, if you allow notifications, to tell you about your orders and what matters to you.
• Searches that found nothing, to learn what the shop is missing; deleted after 120 days.
• The IP address your phone connects from, used to protect the service from abuse (such as repeated sign-in attempts).

What we don't do

• No ads, we do not sell your data, and we use no third-party tracking or analytics tools.
• We do not read your contacts or files. The camera and gallery only when you pick a photo yourself; location only when you tap to share it.

Why we use it

To run your account, prepare and deliver your orders, follow payments and invoices, answer your requests and complaints, send notifications, protect accounts, and meet our accounting and legal duties.

Who sees it

• Our team: sellers, sales reps, the accountant, the driver and the warehouse, each as far as needed to serve you.
• Odoo (Odoo S.A.): our sales and accounting system, which holds your orders and invoices.
• WhatsApp (Meta): to send verification codes and invitations to your number.
• Telegram: internal alerts to our team about orders and requests.
• Google Firebase: to deliver notifications to your phone.
• Cloudflare: the secure connection between your phone and our server.
• The app loads fonts from Google Fonts and the delivery map from OpenStreetMap, which receive your phone's IP address when it does.

We give your data to no one else unless the law requires it.

Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are kept as encrypted hashes, each account works on one phone and a new phone needs the store's approval, and the Android app blocks screenshots to protect your prices and data.

How long we keep it

• Your account: until you ask us to delete it.
• Orders, invoices, payments and what belongs to them (such as returns and complaints): as long as Omani law requires for accounting records, also after the account is deleted.
• Searches that found nothing: 120 days.

Your rights

• See your details, orders and invoices in the app at any time.
• To correct anything, contact us by email or WhatsApp above.
• To delete your account: in the app (Account › Settings › Delete my account), or see Delete your account.
• You can turn notifications off in your phone's settings.

Age

The app is for farms, shops and contractors, and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we update this page and its date above, and tell you in the app when the change matters.
